Your "Chii" was simply this with a scan of Chi pasted on it. What you did is called "ripping" and violates our Policy that you agreed to when you joined:

I noticed you flood of wallapers to MT in the last half hour and I must say PLEASE STOP!....STOP and go here http://support.minitokyo.net/policy/. Any wallapapers submitted must be your own and when you submit them, do not just use a smiley, you must put a useful description into the walls and prove they're yours.
I'll say welcome to MT but you seriously should consider reading the MT policy or you'll end up getting into trouble.
